Software Oscilloscope

Software Oscilloscope for Embedded Runtime Variables

Develop faster
and more reliably.

Stream real-time data directly from the microcontroller. Send commands back. Stream, plot, record, analyze, export.

Imagine this...

Imagine you have the best developers and a well-equipped laboratory, but the development of your  company’s new electric motor driver still takes forever: the measurement and test campaigns to improve and validate the system are nerve-wracking work. The repeated recording and evaluation as well as the subsequent adaptation of the code is a lot of manual work, even with the best equipment.

That’s why we developed es:scope. It is a software tool that speeds up these measurement campaigns and therefore the entire development process: While the system is running, the developer can visualise, record and evaluate the the relevant data stores on their laptop in real time. The data is then exported and analysed in Matlab, for example. Even while the system is running, commands can be given to the system from outside in order to actively intervene in the process and bring the system closer to the desired behaviour. The system can particularly shine during long tests: It can be programmed so that it only records user-defined events. This significantly speeds up the evaluation process. Apart from the laptop, which is connected directly to the system to be developed, no other hardware is required. The developer is completely flexible and can work with any hardware or development environment.

Interact bidirectionally with the process level.

Receive real-time signals from the microcontroller. Send commands back.
